We use the details you submit solely to evaluate or respond to your enquiry and to maintain an operational record of the conversation. Enquiries are retained until they are manually deleted.
Photographs
Images supplied with a selling enquiry are stored privately and are not published without further agreement. Explicit deletion removes the active private objects; encrypted backup versions expire under the configured retention policy.
Saved listings
Saving a listing does not require an account. A random browser identifier is used to synchronize a shortlist and to provide aggregate, non-identifying interest counts.
